Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Within Pakistan

We ship all across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:

Lahore & Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the package cannot be delivered after two attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
